Delete without ceremony
Click the visible ×, or use Backspace or Delete when a task is selected. Check the box to cross it off instead of removing it.

Filter tasks instantly with search, flip from black-on-white to white-on-black when you want, and keep the whole interface compact enough to live on a side display all day.
How it works

Capture
Type into the top line immediately, or tap the mic and talk into that exact same field. Hit Enter or the check button to commit it.
Shape
Drag tasks to reorder them. Drop one onto another to create a subtask. Paste full lists in one shot and undo the whole batch with Ctrl + Z.
Finish
Press Space to move a task through 10% increments, click the checkbox to mark it done, or hit the × when the task should disappear entirely.
